A thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. That I promise you. I feel a sense of responsibility to utilize my knowledge, expertise and experience to provide you with information about one the most important financial decisions of your life.
Originally from the midwest, I am the son of a Police Officer, the grandchild of a decorated WWII veteran and come from a hard working, close knit family. I joined a volunteer fire department when I was in high school at the age of sixteen and during my senior year became a state certified Emergency Medical Technician. By the age of twenty I was in Paramedic school, working full time and applying to career fire departments. I was hired by the Gary, IN and Ft. Wayne, IN fire departments nearly simultaneously and accepted the offer from Ft. Wayne where I spent thirteen years. During my time with Ft. Wayne Fire Department I was a member of the Hazardous Materials Team, the SCUBA/DIVE Team, the Ft. Wayne Police Departments SWAT Team as a Team Medic, a founding member of the departments Pipe and Drum Band and was promoted to Lieutenant in 2005. Like many of us here in the Sunshine State, winter finally took it's toll, and I relocated to Florida in 2011 where I accepted a job with a large fire agency in the Tampa Bay area in which I am currently a Lieutenant . I met my beautiful wife Heather on the job. Also a Lieutenant she has been on the job for over twenty years and combined, we make a great team. I enjoy playing bagpipes both recreationally and competitively as well as riding my Harley Davidson and spending time with Heather (she is also quite the cupcake baker!)
