Complete Home Inspection

Our thorough Complete Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by Industry Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.   Inspections generally take 3-4 hours to complete depending on the size and condition of the home.

Buyer's Inspections

We look at all accessible areas of the home, from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. The comprehensive report includes major issues, minor imperfections, and maintenance information.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Getting a pre-listing inspection gives valuable insight into potential issues your home may have before it goes on the market. It can also be marketed as pre-inspected which gives buyers added peace of mind.

Even though I'm not required by our standards of practice, if it is safe for me to do so, I will mount and walk the entire roof of the home to help ensure complete thoroughness of your inspection.

The cost of our full home inspection varies and is determined by the age, size, condition and structural design (crawlspace or slab, attic spaces etc.) of the home.  You can get a free quote by simply contacting us and providing the necessary information.

Four Point Inspections

Your insurance company may require this report if the home is over 25 years old. They want to make sure the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are in good working order before insurance is provided.

WE WON'T CHARGE YOU IF IT WON'T DO YOU ANY GOOD!!! If during the course of our complete home inspection we find a condition that would cause the home not to pass the 4 point inspection, we will not charge you for the 4 point inspection. Instead, we will explain to you why it wouldn't pass and make recommendations to remedy the situation after which we will be happy to return and perform the 4 point inspection. We simply don't feel it would fair or ethical to charge our clients for a report that won't benefit them!!!

Wind Mitigation Reports

Insurance companies are required to reduce rates for hurricane resistant features. Depending on the age of the home it may be necessary to have an inspector document the home’s features in order to receive discounts.

Home owners can see significant savings when upgrades to a homes roof/truss system, doors/windows and other opening protection provisions are made. Call us today for a Wind Mitigation inspection and start saving money!

Mold Surveying

If we notice microbial like growth during the inspection we can have samples collected for analysis.  We can also have air samples taken to see if there may be hidden mold shedding spores that could be impacting the quality of the air.
