Our thorough Complete Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by Industry Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. Inspections generally take 3-4 hours to complete depending on the size and condition of the home.
We look at all accessible areas of the home, from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. The comprehensive report includes major issues, minor imperfections, and maintenance information.

WE WON'T CHARGE YOU IF IT WON'T DO YOU ANY GOOD!!! If during the course of our complete home inspection we find a condition that would cause the home not to pass the 4 point inspection, we will not charge you for the 4 point inspection. Instead, we will explain to you why it wouldn't pass and make recommendations to remedy the situation after which we will be happy to return and perform the 4 point inspection. We simply don't feel it would fair or ethical to charge our clients for a report that won't benefit them!!!

If we notice microbial like growth during the inspection we can have samples collected for analysis. We can also have air samples taken to see if there may be hidden mold shedding spores that could be impacting the quality of the air.
